Voice – vocal skills are explored and enhanced through a variety of activities using ideas such as ‘loud’, ‘soft’, ‘scary’, ‘grumpy’, ‘excited’, ‘little’, ‘big’.
Movement – children build an understanding of the way their bodies move using storytelling and mime, dance and song.
Mime – children use mime to discover role-play, create characters and explore movement.
Role-play – imaginations are enhanced; children pretend they are someone else, somewhere else or something else. They will explore what it is to be lost in the world of make believe!
Fun! – the
imagine if... program has be devised with this as its main objective. imagine if’s philosophy is that children learn best if they are happy and having fun!
